Well, it's roughly 2:30am and I am up (like always) with the babe. The last few days he has had problems with gas primarily at night. Last night he was awake from around 12:00am to 6:00am being pretty fussy on and off and way tired. This picture was taken a little earlier today when he was just fussing because he didn't want to stop feeding to burp... I love those little whines. :) If you can't tell, he's got a nice spattering of baby acne along his cheeks. He also has lost a lot of his hair, but only in the front of his head. That coupled with his ears that stick out a bit, he looks like an old man!
Not too much has been up the last few weeks... Dad, Mom, me, Julie and Sushanna all went and tried out for family feud a few Saturdays ago. I don't think we were "flashy" enough, but we kicked the other teams butt and had a REALLY fun time! Randall and Steve watched the baby in the lobby while we were in the room waiting to be tested. Then we (except Julie and Steve) went and ate dinner at Denny's. It was my first official outing and it couldn't have been funner! We also got to hang out with Dad, Mom, and Sushanna this weekend for a few hours and also had a good time. Randall and Dad like to discuss and debate issues... which they both, I'm sure, are very happy about and Mom and I talk about life with Randy and such and interject on their debate when the topic is hot. ;) I hope we get to have more evenings like that.

Randall's parents were able to stop by and visit us for a night. It was really nice to see them again. I hadn't seen Big Randy since the 4th of July and DeLaine since the birth. We talked about things like moving up on the land and business stuff. We were even able to play a full round of progressive rummy (if you have never played that card game, I highly recommend it!) I hope we are able to move up ASAP. Not like I don't like living with Julie and Steve, but the anticipation is killing me to be able to finally get up there.
And here's some bathtime pics just for fun!
R-2 actually LOVES his baths!

Well, he finally fell asleep, at least for now, so I should wrap this up. Love to all!

such cute pictures of the little man! i can't believe how big he's already getting! something i didn't learn until #6...go buy one of those $30 sarong type wraps and wrap him to your tummy! it puts pressure on his stomach and helps move the gas. haven was our only cholic child and i thought i was going insane! second he'd get wrapped onto me he'd calm and fall asleep. i'd just walk around the house with him and let him fall asleep on my stomach in it. also, look online and learn how to do infant massage...oil, two hands and trace their bowel tract...it will work the gas out and they love it! hope it helps! give the boys our love!
Love those late nights with a party animal! These times pass and then you ALMOST miss them. Thanks for posting Kelly! It is nice to see you go to get away for a little while...and who doesn't like a little Dennys?
Love ya!

oh, mr. randy. you are giving your mommy a run for her money, aren't? good thing you are so incredibly delicious. that makes it all worthwhile.
i will add to the sister's advice and say one (ok two) words: MYLICON DROPS!! It is a miracle worker. That and gently pump his legs. (Jon loved that part...the long toot at the end is very satisfying, lol!!) :)
Yeah, are the mylicon drops (or whatever they're called) working?
I don't know why, but R2 reminds me of Christian.....
Gotta lubs me the bathin' child! YUMMY!
